In a recent legal filing, Carol Gaylor has initiated a lawsuit against C.M. (Mike) & Judy Harrison Family, L.P., a Georgia Limited Partnership, citing violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleges that architectural barriers at a property located at 300 SW Pearl Nix Parkway in Gainesville, Georgia, have impeded her access to goods and services due to her disability. Gaylor, who suffers from fibromyalgia and multiple herniated disks, claims that issues such as inaccessible ADA parking spaces and curb ramps have caused significant difficulty during her visits. The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief to mandate compliance with ADA standards and requests attorney’s fees and costs.
