In a recent filing in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Daniel Allen has initiated a lawsuit against Highland Rivers Community Service Board. The plaintiff alleges violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), seeking compensation for unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages.
