Lopez claims she was subjected to sexual harassment by her supervisor, Anthony Allen, which included offensive comments and inappropriate touching. Despite reporting the harassment to human resources, Lopez alleges that no effective action was taken, leading to a hostile work environment and her eventual forced resignation in May 2024. The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages for emotional distress and lost wages, as well as punitive damages.
