Walters alleges that shortly after being hired as an Office Manager in June 2023, she was subjected to sexual harassment by Waller, who is affiliated with both defendant companies. Despite rejecting his advances and reporting the behavior to human resources, Walters claims she faced retaliation, including reduced work hours and eventual termination in April 2024. Walters seeks damages for lost wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages.
