Destiny Piper has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Athens Division, against Baldwin County School District and ESS Southeast, LLC. The case alleges discrimination and retaliation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Piper claims she was terminated due to her disability, degenerative disk disease, which required accommodations that were allegedly denied by her employer.
