Solomon Stanley, a resident of Powder Springs, Georgia, has filed a lawsuit against Elwan Enterprise Inc., alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at Title Max mall. The complaint was lodged in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on February 15, 2026. Stanley claims that numerous architectural barriers at the mall impede his access due to his mobility impairments.

The plaintiff, Solomon Stanley, who relies on knee braces and a cane for mobility, argues that Title Max mall is not compliant with ADA standards. He states that several features at the property are inaccessible to individuals with disabilities. On November 10, 2025, Stanley visited the mall located at 10144 Veterans Memorial Highway in Austell, GA and encountered various obstacles that hindered his ability to navigate the premises safely and independently. According to Stanley’s complaint, “the accessible parking is improperly marked,” lacks an access aisle for disabled individuals, and presents dangerous slopes both in parking areas and ramps.

Stanley accuses Elwan Enterprise Inc., which owns or operates Title Max mall, of failing to remove these barriers despite it being “readily achievable” under ADA guidelines. The plaintiff emphasizes that such non-compliance constitutes a pattern or practice of discrimination against him and other similarly situated individuals with mobility impairments. He further asserts that without court intervention requiring modifications to make the property accessible, he will continue to face discrimination when attempting to access goods and services offered at the mall.

In seeking judgment from the court, Solomon Stanley requests injunctive relief mandating Elwan Enterprise Inc. to make necessary alterations ensuring compliance with ADA standards. Additionally, he seeks attorney’s fees, litigation expenses, costs associated with bringing forth this action as well as any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.

Representing Solomon Stanley is attorney Pete M. Monismith from Pittsburgh-based law firm Monismith Law. The case has been assigned Case ID 1:26-cv-00887-AT in front of Judge AT.
