Gregory Wooden has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia against Officers Carlos Rodriguez, Sontraianana Wood, and Jeremy Brechbiel. The complaint alleges violations of his Fourth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights following an incident on July 16, 2025. Wooden claims that police officers entered his home without consent or a warrant while searching for a suspect named Ricky Willis. He is seeking $3 million in compensatory damages and $6 million in punitive damages.
