Kimberly Gibson has filed a lawsuit against Delta Airlines in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleging multiple forms of discrimination and retaliation. The case, filed on October 8, 2025, accuses Delta of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAAA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Gibson claims she faced race and age discrimination, as well as retaliation for engaging in protected activities. She also alleges that Delta failed to accommodate her disability and denied her access to FMLA benefits. Gibson seeks compensatory and punitive damages, back pay, and legal fees.
