The insurance company, acting as an assignee and subrogee of SupplyOne Holding LLC and SupplyOne, Inc., accuses Davis of manipulating payroll data during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at SupplyOne’s Atlanta location. Allegations include unauthorized salary increases, double holiday payments, additional paid time off, and creating a fake employee profile to siphon funds into an account she controlled.
