A former employee has taken legal action against her previous employer, alleging discrimination based on pregnancy and disability. On February 18, 2026, Danisha Hambrick filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Front Row Management Services LLC. The lawsuit claims that the company violated federal laws by terminating her employment due to her pregnancy and associated high-risk status.

The case revolves around Hambrick’s employment as a Customer Service Agent with Front Row Management Services LLC from September 12, 2024, until October 14, 2024. According to the complaint, during her orientation in September 2024, Hambrick informed a Human Resources representative named Crystal about her pregnancy and its high-risk nature. She was assured that she could continue working while pregnant and that maternity leave options were available. However, on October 12, 2024, Hambrick was sent home without explanation and later discovered that she had been terminated when she visited the company’s office on October 14.

Hambrick alleges that her termination was unjustified and discriminatory. The HR representative reportedly stated that her pregnancy was problematic and accused her of dishonesty regarding her condition during hiring. The complaint argues that these reasons were pretextual and not supported by any disciplinary or performance issues on Hambrick’s part. As such, she claims violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 (PDA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA).

In seeking justice through this lawsuit, Hambrick requests a jury trial and various forms of relief from the court. These include a declaratory judgment acknowledging unlawful employment practices by Front Row Management Services LLC under federal laws; general damages for emotional suffering; punitive damages for willful misconduct; special damages for lost wages; reasonable attorneys’ fees; prejudgment interest; and any other appropriate relief.
