In a recent court filing, plaintiffs Rhonda Womack and Jori Wilson have brought a lawsuit against Manchester Police Department officers Brian Nappi and Jon Wagenaar. The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Newnan Division, alleges violations of constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiffs claim that on February 6, 2025, the defendants unlawfully entered Wilson’s residence without a search warrant or consent and used excessive force against Womack, resulting in severe injuries.
