The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia has announced that it will conduct scheduled maintenance on its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. The maintenance is set to take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, beginning at 6:00 AM and concluding at 11:00 AM.

During this period, users may experience brief interruptions in service while the updates are carried out.

Vania S. Allen, Clerk of Court, issued the notice stating: “On Saturday, January 17, 2026, starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 11:00 AM, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will perform scheduled system maintenance on the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. During the maintenance, there may be a brief interruption of service.”

The court recommends planning accordingly for any filings or access needed during these hours.
