The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia has announced it will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday.

Despite the closure, electronic filing and access to case information through CM/ECF and PACER will remain available online. The court also noted that automated case information can be accessed by calling the Multi-Court Voice Case Information System (McVCIS) at 866-222-8029.
