U.S. District Court for Southern District of Georgia seeks comment on proposed local rule changes

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia announced on Mar. 23 that it is inviting public comment on proposed amendments to its Local Rules. The comment period will run from Monday, March 23, to Wednesday, April 22.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available beginning March 23 through the court’s website or at no cost from Clerk’s Offices in Augusta, Brunswick, or Savannah Divisions. Comments can be submitted in writing to these offices or electronically via localrules@gas.uscourts.gov by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on April 22.
